The goal of this luxury remodel was to create an open-concept living space with a continual design concept that ties together the kitchen and dining room that flow into the living room. The kitchen is a real showstopper with oversized windows looking out into the backyard and a large island with bar seating. The solid surface granite countertop on Pirch cabinets more than doubles the original counter space. The hood above the range complements stainless steel Kitchen-Aid appliances and the Silhouette Professional Wine Cooler and stands out from the grey and white mosaic tile backsplash. 

At the end of the living room your eye comes to a fully enclosed gas lit fireplace framed with dark tile and a beautiful custom made maple mantle. To elevate the contemporary design there are mid-century modern touches resonating from curated pieces and accented by the wood and tile detailing added throughout the house, including the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathrooms. 

To enhance the exterior of the home we built an upstairs waterproof deck coming off the master-suite. To finish off the deck we installed a cable handrail system that complements the color of the roof. We connected the deck into a patio cover that runs the remaining length of the home. Next, we enclosed the underneath of the second-story deck to add can lighting and installed retractable outdoor shade screens.
