Next, we meet on-site to walk the property and evaluate the real-world conditions that will shape your project—from access and utilities to slopes, drainage, soil conditions, and key measurements.

3. Preliminary Investment Presentation
Establish a Realistic Range
Using everything we’ve learned, our design and estimating team develops a preliminary investment range based on your vision, site conditions, design goals, and historical data from comparable Woolsey projects.
Outcome: A realistic project range and a better understanding of what can be achieved within your investment.
4. Design Development
Turn the Vision Into a Plan
Over the next two to four weeks, we work with you to develop preliminary floor plans, elevations, renderings, and project details while refining scope and investment.
Outcome: A well-defined project, refined investment, and clearer roadmap with fewer unknowns.
5. Final Presentation
Move Forward With Confidence
We bring everything together into a final presentation covering the conceptual design, preliminary plans and renderings, project scope, and refined investment range.
Outcome: A shared vision and clear understanding of the project before entering into a design-build agreement.
