We are thrilled to present our latest completed project, which includes both a modern luxurious pool house and a beautifully designed addition to the main house. The pool house, situated just steps away from a serene pool, offers breathtaking ocean views that create a tranquil and picturesque setting. Its interior features crisp white walls and dark gray accents, seamlessly blending contemporary style with timeless elegance.
The custom serving window connects the indoor kitchen to the outdoor patio, perfect for alfresco dining with the ocean as a backdrop. Large fold-away glass doors open the space to the outdoors, allowing for a seamless transition from the interior to the pool and surrounding landscape. The kitchen is equipped with classic shaker cabinets, dual drink fridges, a dishwasher, and tons of counter space, combining style and convenience, making it an ideal space for preparing meals or enjoying a glass of wine while taking in the stunning ocean view.
The project also includes a thoughtful addition to the main house, featuring two spacious mirrored bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with large windows overlooking the backyard and the new pool house.
Skylights in both bedrooms fill the spaces with natural light, enhancing their airy and open feel. The two bathrooms mirror each other in layout and design, featuring modern, upscale finishes and stylish light fixtures that add a touch of luxury.
