Our North Park project is now complete, featuring a second-story remodel and a unique third-story addition. With strict height restrictions in the area, many homeowners assume adding a third story simply isn’t possible—but our team found a creative solution that made it work.
Beyond the height restrictions, the home’s location along a narrow alley presented another major challenge. Limited access made construction especially difficult, requiring careful coordination and the use of cranes to lift materials into place.
The finished home now features beautifully remodeled living spaces, an entirely new third story, and stunning views of San Diego.
The completed third-story addition opens onto a spacious rooftop deck with sweeping views of North Park and the surrounding San Diego neighborhoods. Inside, a newly constructed stairwell connects the second floor to the additional bedroom above, creating a seamless transition between the existing home and the new living space.
