North Park Third-Story Addition & Remodel
Our ongoing North Park project is a full remodel featuring a unique third-story addition. With typical height restrictions in the area, many homeowners assume adding a third story simply isn’t possible—but our team found a creative solution that made it work. At this stage, the new third-story structure is fully taking shape, windows and doors are in, and exterior work is underway as we continue integrating the addition with the existing home. It’s a great example of how thoughtful planning and problem-solving can unlock possibilities that aren’t always obvious at first glance.
The newly added stairwell provides access to the third-story addition, opening into the new bedroom above. With drywall, windows, and electrical work in place, the space is starting to take its final form.
