Make sure the level of service aligns with your expectations to avoid any surprises.

Scope: A well-defined scope of work is essential to avoid misunderstandings or missed details. The scope serves as the roadmap for your project, ensuring that both parties know exactly what is included. If something isn’t in the scope, it’s not going to happen. It’s important to clarify and document every part of the project, from the big picture down to the smallest details, to ensure everything you expect is included and that there are no assumptions.
