This stunning two-story home is surrounded by incredible mountain and golf course views. Creating a spacious outdoor living area and a second-story private deck was the perfect way for our clients to capture the sweeping scenery. The exquisite contemporary design includes a gorgeous outdoor fireplace, modern light fixtures, built-in skylights, top-notch electric heaters, and a master bedroom deck with sleek cable hand railing.

The open-concept space allows for entertaining large groups with several different seating areas, as well as accommodating intimate spots to have quiet conversations. Cozy up to the warmth of the dramatic gas fireplace on those chilly San Diego nights or turn on the overhead Infratech heaters for larger gatherings. Oversized upscale ceiling fans are perfect for cooling off during the warmer months, and the skylights bring in extra light adding to the brilliance of the space.

Directly above the covered patio, we constructed this intimate deck that looks out towards the mountains and valleys of Tierrasanta. The surface of the deck is made from an ALX waterproofing system, giving our clients many years of maintenance-free enjoyment. Complimenting the Ipe handrail are the stainless steel, laser-cut posts, and cables. Durable and stylish, this deck is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun disappear behind the breathtaking mountain views.
