You can’t help but fall in love with this charming 1888 Coronado bungalow in the heart of the village. It is absolute perfection, from the sprawling white staircase to the scalloped siding and historical finishes. Our client’s vision was to create a custom, wheelchair-accessible elevator that seamlessly integrates with the existing home.

Our team flawlessly incorporated the elevator shaft with the exterior structure, tying it into the siding and fishtail roofing beautifully. It is truly impressive work by our design team and skilled craftsmen. The elevator is accessible from any floor, allowing all areas of the home to be wheelchair friendly. A black exterior elevator door and the white and gray exterior gives the house a fresh, timeless look. The interior of the elevator is neutral walls and flooring, accented with stainless-steel finishes.

The interior of this historical Coronado home showcases gorgeous original moldings and hardware throughout. To finish off the space, our team hand-crafted exact replicas of the moldings and matched the hardware perfectly. We truly enjoyed working on this challenging and unique project, and our clients are delighted with the result.
