Bostonia Art Studio - Rustic Industrial ADU

This art studio is a beautiful mixture of corrugated steel and reclaimed barn wood which gives the structure a totally, unique character that is both industrial and sustainable. The oil-rubbed bronze exterior LED lights are simple and understated but add a touch of old-world charm.

The double light and single light windows above the doors and the overhung rafter, create a pronounced industrial feel with sharp edges and dramatically defined lines. In addition to serving as an exterior design element, the additional windows also bring essential light into the interior of the workshop.

Entering through the double French doors, you are immediately consumed by natural light and brilliantly bright colors. Skilled in the art of glass bead making, teaching, and jewelry design, our client wanted the design of the studio to be conducive to her work. Our client opted for an open floor plan that offers plenty of room for creativity and expression.
